Google Greek snow

From what I understand, I'm excited about Google Print. At least I think am.

Do you think that an increased public awareness of publishing houses (versus just buying books at bookstores) will mean cheaper prices when purchased directly from them? Probably not, but it's fun to pretend.

My new beautiful Canon arrived last night, just in time for me to get used to its multitudes of features and settings for Renee's wedding and our Amsterdam trip. Exciting. I love cameras.

Tonight I'm planning on dragging Nick to the Houston Greek Festival. Food, dancing, food, cathedral tours, food, food. Food. It should be amazing, although I will probably resemble a piece of baklava this time tomorrow (you are what you eat/gorge yourself with, right?)

Orhan Pamuk's book Snow sounds really interesting. Is the philosophical thriller genre something new? Or am I just behind/clueless? I've always wanted to visit Istanbul, but this may be the closest I get for now.
